- That's what I thought.

-
- I must admit - there are one or two changes - including a new variation on the clock
- buffer modification and using 74HC components instead of 74F versions in places.
-
- > So have you any bench mark tests to show us ??
-
- Not really - I don't have the machine with me here - Pete's still working on the circuit
- and trying out new oscillators. We managed to get 640x480x16-bit VGA last night at 60Hz,
- which is pretty good news. Still not finalised that bit - but getting there at least.
-

-
- That much I do know...
-
- 16 MIPS (100%) at 32Mhz
- 25 MIPS (156%) at 50Mhz
- 32 MIPS (200%) at 64Mhz

-
- Probably good advice. We are only 'farting about' at the moment. The final release will probably
- 'advise' certain speeds and leave the rest up to the user.

-
- TT's are not that fast - I had one for a bit and the ST-ram was REALLY slow for 32-bit 32Mhz,
- which should be 4 times the Falcon equivalent. The TT ram was much better, but still not quite
- what I expected. Don't know how the Falcon compares though..

-
- Still great if you don't have to pay L60 or more for each one!
